What To Expect During The Appointment

Schedule an appointment at either our London or Birmingham offices. Please make sure to bring any relevant paperwork (i.e. diamond certificate, original box and papers for designer jewellery or luxury watches etc.). Our GIA trained gemologists will evaluate your items and provide you with a price based on the current secondhand market. You then have the option of accepting the offer and getting paid or refusing the offer. Appointments typically last about 30 minutes and there are no costs involved or pressure to sell.

What If I Do Not Live Near London Or Birmingham?

This is not an issue. We also offer the option of selling online. Simply fill out our online form and we will provide you with a price quote and a free and insured shipping. Once you send your items in, we then contact you with a final price and get you paid or return it to you. All items are opened on camera and we do not charge any fees for this service.
