Refer A Friend
If you have successfully sold your items to WP Diamonds, you can still earn yourself a cash gift by referring your friends to WP Diamonds.
Refer 1, 2 or as many friends or colleagues as you like and WP Diamonds will give you up to 5% of the final sell price up to a maximum of £500.
WP Diamonds Clients
Refer friends and colleagues to sell their diamonds, designer jewellery, watches, bags or sneakers with WP Diamonds and earn cash in the process. Please note that you cannot refer yourself or family members.
How to take part:
- Give the referee the email address that you used when you made your original inquiry with WP Diamonds. Call us on 0121 288 8280 if you cannot remember the email address you used.
- The referee types this email address into the Referral Code box when they fill out the form online.
- Once we purchase the item or items, you get paid. We will be in touch with details on how you will get paid.
REFER-A-FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Refer-a-Friend scheme (the “Scheme”) allows WP Diamond’s customers to receive cash bonuses for referring their friends to WP Diamonds who then sell their items (the “Referred Customer”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
- To refer customers and earn money you have to have already submitted an enquiry.
- To be eligible for payment of a cash bonus the Referred Customer must be a new user to WP Diamonds (not having previously submitted an enquiry).
- The Referred Customer must provide your unique referral code at the time of application. Your unique referral code will be your email address and must be within WP Diamonds records. No rewards will be provided if the referral code is not in our database.
- There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. However, neither spamming nor publication of your Refer and Earn code (other than on web forums and social networking websites such as Facebook, My Space or Twitter) shall be permitted and doing either of these things will result in your disqualification from the Scheme and you and any Referred Customers being ineligible for any benefits under the Scheme.
- Your family members of your household and you yourself cannot be Referred Customers. In this context “family” means your spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
- Cash bonus will be credited to your bank account within 5 days upon your friend accepting an offer.
- If your friend accepts an offer, you will receive up to 5% of the sell price, up to a maximum of £500.
- WP Diamonds reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to exclude you and any Referred Customer from the Scheme and from the WP Diamonds website if it believes you have tried to benefit from the Scheme by using more than one username or are otherwise engaged in fraudulent or other activities that indicate that referrals or bets are not made in good faith but for the purpose of abusing the terms and/or spirit of the Scheme. In such instances, you shall not be entitled to participate in the Scheme and WP Diamonds shall not be obliged to provide a reason to you for such exclusion.
- WP Diamonds may at any time suspend or void the Scheme for any reason that WP Diamonds in its absolute discretion, thinks appropriate and any liability from WP Diamonds to you shall immediately cease upon you being informed of such action. In respect of any dispute, howsoever arising, WP Diamond’s decision will be final.
- This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other WP Diamonds promotion. Refer-a-Friend cash bonus offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Any wagering you do to meet the requirements of other promotions will not count towards these offers.
- The original language of these terms and conditions is English and any interpretation of this Agreement will be based on the original English text. If this Agreement or any documents or notices related to it are translated into any other language, the original English version will prevail.
- WP Diamonds will only pay the GIFT payments to the Referrer if the name on the bank account is exactly the same as the name on the original inquiry through the WP Diamonds form and matches the photographic ID requested.
- WP Diamonds will only pay the GIFT payments to the Referee if the name on the bank account is exactly the same as the name on the original inquiry through the WP Diamonds form and matches the photographic ID requested.
