How To Sell IWC Watches For The Best Prices
While, IWC watches retain their resale value, some wear and tear can happen over time. Read more about how to prevent any damage that could affect the resale value of your watch.
Have the Documentation
It is important that you keep your IWC documentation and the box that it came with. Having this will help you achieve the best possible price. If these are in great condition it will entice future owners of your watch to pay higher prices.
Keep the Box
Our first suggestion is to keep your IWC watch in a lined watch box to prevent your item from getting scratched, scuffed or damaged. Damage to your watch will have a considerable impact in re-sale value.
Service Your Watch
It is important to regularly maintain and service your IWC watch. Remember to include all the links and service receipts if you are still in possession of them.

The History Of IWC
One of the most popular Swiss watch brands and a major player in watch making history, IWC holds one of the highest resale prices. Founded in 1868, its infamous Pilot watch, elegant and luxurious, is one of the most sought out mens watches in the world. Simply click the Get Your Offer button to receive an initial estimate on your IWC watch. A WP Diamonds specialist will be in touch shortly to discuss the next steps with you.
Unlike its Swiss competitors, IWC is one of the few luxury watch brands whose roots do not hail from continental Europe. It was 27 year old American, Florentine Aristo Jones, who created IWC in Switzerland. He combined Swiss craftsmanship with American engineering and in 1885 developed the first watch with digital display of hours and minutes.
Notable Achievements
Other notable achievements include the Grande Complication, which was a 7-year project culminating in 1990 with the launch of a wristwatch featuring a perpetual calendar, a minute repeater and a moon phase display. In 1993 to commemorate their 125th anniversary, IWC created the world’s most complicated wristwatch: the II Destriero Scafusia.
