When Will I Get Paid?
We will transfer the money to your bank account the same day. It should be available in 24 hours.
What Diamonds Can I Sell?
We will buy almost all diamonds over 0.5ct, no matter the shape, colour or clarity. Please bear in mind though, that color enhanced or treated diamonds (laser drilled, fracture filled, etc.) carry little value relative to a natural diamond.
What Bags Can I Sell?
We buy a wide range of designer bags including Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Dior and much more. We do not purchase bags that are in poor condition.

How Much Is My Diamond or Diamond Jewelry Worth?
This is the most frequently asked question from our clients when selling their diamond jewellery. The value of a diamond is primarily determined by:
- CARAT: The weight of the diamond
- COLOUR: A wide ranging scale of colours affect prices
- CLARITY: The clearer the diamond the more expensive it is
- SHAPE: Round diamonds are worth more money than fancy shapes such as Princess or Emerald cuts for example
- CUT: How well your diamond reflects light and sparkles
To determine how much your diamond is worth we need to see the diamond and expertly determine all of these factors. Do You Buy The Precious Metal The Diamond Is Set In?
Yes. We pay extremely competitive prices for the gold / platinum, this will be included in our final offer.
Will You Take The Diamond Out Of My Ring?
We rarely need to take stones out of their settings to grade diamonds. If we do we will obtain your permission and we will NEVER remove a stone without this.
We also try to give you price scenarios so you know if it’s worth us removing the stone. All diamonds will be returned to their settings by highly trained jewellers if we need to return your stone.
What If I Don’t Know What Type Of Diamond I Have?
If you have a grading certificate or appraisal or even the original receipt from the jeweller, it may contain some useful information. Alternatively, send it or bring it in to us for valuation. Just call us on 0121-288-8280 if you are in this situation.
I Have A Friend That Is Interested, Do You Pay A Referral Fee?
WP Diamonds has a refer-a-friend plan for its clients. Both parties receive rewards if a referral turns into a successful transaction.
